Order Cancelling Policy

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment. Once the order has been shipped it can no longer be canceled. All cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee when the initial transaction was made. Your refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 – 15 business days. 

Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation.
