Processing Time:
We strive to process all orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare and package your trading cards for shipment.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect postal services.

Expected Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where unexpected delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or high shipping volumes during peak seasons. In such cases, we will work closely with USPS to resolve any issues and keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

Shipping Calculation:
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We aim to provide accurate and fair shipping rates for all our customers.

Tracking Numbers:
All orders will be assigned a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination. All orders over $300 (Graded Cards over $200) will require a signature. If an order is returned because of lack of signature, there will be a 10 % charge for re-stocking, credit card fees, and shipping labels. This means, if you ordered something and multiple delivery attempts are made with out getting a signature, it will be sent back. If this happens and you request a refund or another delivery attempt, there will be a 10% charge on the total cost of the order.

Confirmation Email:
Upon successful payment approval, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email will contain details of your purchase and serve as a receipt for your records.

Receiving Damaged Items or Wrong Item:
In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged items or the wrong item, please refer to our return policy
for detailed instructions on how to proceed with returning the merchandise and obtaining a replacement or refund.

Due to recent customers requesting charge backs, I will NOT be shipping to the address below, or any similar forwarding business at this time. I may reverse this decision in the future, but at the moment any orders with shipping info. to forwarding companies will be rejected and/or refunded immedatly.
