Pre-Order Policy

When ordering pre-order / back-order items on PkmnBiz.com all other items in cart will be shipped with the pre-order item. That means, no items will be shipped until the pre-order item is available for shipping. If you want non pre-order items right away, we suggest creating a separate order. Orders cannot be partially filled or partially canceled.
Pre-order purchases will be charged to your method of payment immediately after checkout. Pre-order items cannot be canceled after purchase.

WHY IS MY PREORDER DELAYED?

Production delays: We work with multiple distributors to get out products. These distributors may experience unforeseen circumstances which could cause a change in production timeline. These circumstances include but are not limited to supply shortages or events which negatively impact factory staffing (i.e extreme weather or pandemic).

Shipping and customs delays: Weather or unpredictable events such as Covid-19 can cause shipping delays. Customs delays can sometimes prevent shipments arriving to our warehouse on schedule. These types of events can also affect shipments from our warehouse to our customers.

Please kindly note that we have no control over when a preordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. We typically give straight month ETAs to allow ample time and lee way for shipping. We genuinely try our best to deliver on time or early, however variables such as the above can cause delays. We, unfortunately cannot offer refunds on preorders due to change of mind or any delays which are out of our control as mentioned above. We do not recommend preordering any products if they are time sensitive or for gifts.
